Description
This introductory course teaches the fundamentals of photography. In this studio course you will be introduced to the materials, methods, and significance of photographic imaging. You will learn to create and materialize photographs and to understand their circulation as media. Your study of photography will further your conceptual and creative capacities and help you develop a context for understanding the state of contemporary photographic vision, including the history and aesthetics of the medium. You must provide your own image capture devices.
